cortex.align.autotweak¶

cortex.align.autotweak(subject, xfmname)[source]¶ Tweak an alignment using the FLIRT boundary-based alignment (BBR) from FSL. Ideally this function should actually use a limited search range, but it doesn’t. It’s probably not very useful.
